Combining three different types of yoga, physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana).

There haven’t been many studies on the health benefits of yoga. But research shows that it could help with a variety of things. 

  1. It can improve overall health by supporting healthy habits, relieving stress and anxiety, aiding in sleep, and balance
  2. Relieve menopause symptoms
  3. Relieving lower-back and neck pain
  4. Helping people lose weight

What is CBD?

CBD is a cannabinoid that is extracted from the cannabis plant. Unlike its counterpart THC, it does not contain psychoactive properties. This means that it has the same effects like relaxation and relief from discomfort, without getting you high.

CBD works by binding to endocannabinoids in our systems. 

CBD has been shown to reduce inflammation. It can help with sleep and anxiety. It is also an FDA approved ingredient in a drug to help with epilepsy. There are still more studies that need to be done in order to truly understand all that CBD can do. 

In order for CBD to be legal it can not contain more than 0.03% THC, and must be derived from the hemp plant. Hemp has an extremely high concentration of CBD and is very low in THC. This allows processors to be able to obtain more CBD with little to know THC. 

CBD is extracted in many different ways. The most popular are CO2 method and the solvent method. The CO2 method is more expensive as far as equipment but it’s safer and yields better results.

This can make it easier to clear your mind in the beginning of your meditation which is sometimes challenging to do.
